We're a husband-and-wife team from Georgia, proud parents to our two grown children, and devoted pet parents ourselves. While our careers have taken us in different directions—we've always shared one mission: making life better for pets and the people who love them.
At the heart of our story is Charlie, the inspiration behind Charlie's Silver Snout and the beloved face of our flagship collection, Charlie's Silver Snout.
More than thirteen years ago, Charlie was found wandering the streets alone. He was frightened, traumatized, and unsure if he could trust anyone. Welcoming Charlie into our family taught us patience, compassion, and the incredible resilience of rescue animals. Although he still has a few quirky habits and trust issues, watching him grow into the loving companion he is today has been one of life's greatest blessings.
As Charlie has grown older, we've experienced firsthand the joys—and challenges—of caring for a senior dog. Like people, aging pets can struggle with mobility, joint stiffness, bladder control, vision loss, and many other age-related changes. We quickly realized that finding thoughtfully designed products for senior pets wasn't always easy.
